Actually i have found 2 mobs who drops runes, 1 is the lord of trials, in room of trials(Berneo), and generks axes(no hammers) in Old volantia(lupinel dungeon).

If you don't know runes are items who give atk to weapon def to armor, evasion, etc.

well i that all, i hope u can finde some^^

Gargoyle also drops it, i got Watery Rune from it. He's in Zendarune Ossuary Dungeon.
